Betty Jane Fulton, 90, of Warnock, Ohio died August 7, 2019 at her home.

She was born May 17, 1929 in Warnock, a daughter of the late Joseph and Pearl West Psait.

Betty was retired from Foster's Store in Warnock. She was a member of Warnock Community Church where she served as a Deacon and Elder and she was a former trustee of Warnock Cemetery.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Fulton; a grandson, Joey Fulton; a brother, Ronald Psait; and two sisters, Wanda Foster and Eleanor Belyk.

Surviving are her sons, Lynn (Rita) Fulton and Kelly (Kathy) Fulton both of Warnock, nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Warnock Cemetery.  Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
