Betty Jo Falcone, 71, of Woodrow Ave., St.Clairsville died Wednesday, August 27, 2003 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry. She was born June 6, 1932 in Martins Ferry, a daughter of the late Tom Smith and Mabel Jones Smith.

Betty was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in St.Clairsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Falcone; a daughter, Paula and a son, Pat.

Surviving are sons, Nelson of St.Clairsville, Paul of Warnock, and Jay of Valley Grove, WV.; sisters, Phyllis of CA, Donna of Shadyside, and Margaret of St.Clairsville; brothers, Paul of St.Clairsville, and Art of CA.; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St.Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, in the First Presbyterian Church in St.Clairsville with Rev. Homer Harden officiating. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St.Clairsville.
