Betty Leiffer Campbell, age 84, of St. Clairsville died Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at Park Health Center.

She was born at Wheeling on August 13, 1922, a daughter of the late Earl and Elizabeth Ferdinand Leiffer.

Betty was a retired secretary from Ohio Edison and North American Coal Company. She was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church in St. Clairsville and a member of Shadyside Chapter # 581, Order of Eastern Star.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Dale J. Campbell.

Surviving are a daughter, Lynne Wagner and her husband Ed of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and two granddaughters, Meghan and Julie.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 1 p.m. until time of Services at 2 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, with Rev. Dr. Bradley Call officiating. Burial will follow at Powhatan Cemetery in Powhatan Point, Ohio.
