Bethany Marie Cilles Paul, 34, of Colerain Pike, Martins Ferry, Ohio, died December 29, 2021, as the result of an auto accident.

She was born October 17, 1987, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a daughter of Richard T. "Rick" Cilles and Catherine Jo "Cathie" Booth Cilles.

Bethany was a loving mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She was an employee of Belmont County Developmental Disabilities helping children. Her interests included cycling, hiking and camping.

Preceded in death by grandparents, Pat and Joe Booth, and Dick Cilles; and great grandmother, Dorothy Kreis.

Surviving are her parents, Cathie and Rick Cilles; her husband, Michael Paul; her daughter, Delaney Paul; a brother, Michael (Katie) Cilles; nephews, Hudson and Tucker Cilles; her grandmother, Joyce Dimitro; her in-laws, Mark (Jackie) Paul, Laurie (Patt) Murphy; John (Adriene) Paul, Zachary Alexander, and Maria (Jay) Swallie; aunts, uncles and cousins.

There will be a memorial visitation at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Friday, December 31, 2021, from 2 p.m. until time of Celebration of Life service at 4 p.m.
