Bernice Arlene Parker Beck, 70 of Uniontown died Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at the Crestview Health Care Center, St.Clairsville. She was born February 13, 1933 in Centerville, a daughter of the late William H. Parker and Lenora E. Foreman Parker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Billie and Robert Parker; a sister, Maxine Moore.

Surviving are her husband, Ray L. Beck; a son, Chris L. Beck of Flushing; two daughters, Lisa R. Howell of Lafferty and Beth Ann Miller of St.Clairsville; a brother, Thomas E. Parker of Shadyside and a sister, Lydia Wallace of Barnesville; eight grandchildren, Chris "Toby" Beck who resided with his grandparents in Uniontown, Melissa and Emily Beck, Marisa and Ryan Vetula, and Brandon, Justin, and Michaela Miller.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St.Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2003 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Richard Wilson officiating. Entombment follows in Holly Memorial Gardens Mausoleum at Pleasant Grove.
