Baker, Bernice, 78, of Lockwood Run Rd., Shadyside, Ohio died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at her home.

She was born August 15, 1934 at Pipe Creek, Ohio, daughter of the late, John and Lucille Vennum Gallaher.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Jacob "Bud" Baker.

Surviving are her four children, Bruce (Kathy) Baker of Moundsville, WV, Harold "Rod" (Darla) Baker of Jacobsburg, OH, Karen (Gary) Eikleberry of Shadyside, OH, Rhonda Prisner of Wheeling, WV; three brothers, Harold "Red" (Velma) Gallaher of Shadyside, Donald (Geneva) Gallaher and Sonny (Joyce) Gallaher both of Jacobsburg; two sisters, Patty Gallaher of Jacobsburg and Sandy (Bob) Materkoski of Shadyside; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio.
