Donley, W. Bernard "Bernie", 72 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Wheeling Hospital.

He was born March 11, 1942 in Weirton, WV, a son of the late Bill Donley and Mary Norton Donley.

He retired after many years of automotive sales and service. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and a member of Classy Chassis Car Club.

Bernie loved spending time with family and attending car shows and cruises.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lou Wells.

Surviving are his loving wife of 40 years, Sissy Zirille Donley; two children, Valarie (Freddy) Nicely of Williamstown, WV, and Pat (Sarah) Donley of Bethesda, OH; three grandsons, John, Frederick, and Nate Nicely; his mother-in-law, Dolores Zirille of Steubenville, OH.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11a.m. with Father Michael Gossett officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Forest Hills Nursing Home's Activity Fund or to Classy Chassis Car Club.
