Beatrice Belle "Bea" Young, 85, of Logan, Ohio, formerly of St. Clairsville, died Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Crestview Nursing Home in Lancaster.

She was born January 31, 1930 in St. Clairsville, Ohio a daughter of the late Ray and Gertrude V. Hughes Wallace.

Bea was retired from the St. Clairsville Municipal Utilities Office and was a member of the Antioch Alliance Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

In addition to her parents, Bea was preceded in death by her husband, Lester James Young and a sister, Donna Frakowski.

She is survived by two daughters, Melodee (Michael) Budzik and Shari (Fred) Schorr both of Logan, Ohio; four grandchildren, Manda (Skip) Campbell, Michele (Alex) Hipple, Mike Schorr and Loryn (Ty) Gregg; three great grandchildren, Jack and Kate Hipple and Wade Gregg; and a sister, Cindy Ferris of Virginia.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Bruce Livingstone officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
