Audrey V. Ramsay, 91, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, died January 10, 2022, at Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, West Virginia.

She was born July 20, 1930, in Russellton, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Edward Knight and Marian Valentine Knight.

Audrey was a former secretary at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, a beautician, a former seamstress for Bobbie Brooks, and a clerk at Stone and Thomas. She was an active member of the Jacobsburg United Methodist Church having served on many committees and the United Methodist Women and was a member of the Captina Chapter #489, Order of Eastern Star. Audrey enjoyed quilting, sewing and painting and bowled for over 20 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. "Shelley" Ramsay and her sister, Sylvia Baker.

Audrey is survived by her two sons, Donald E. Ramsay of Pipe Creek and Randy W. "Buck" (Beverly) Ramsay of Shadyside; four granddaughters, Heidi (Clayton) McClure, Heather Ramsay, Jessica Ramsay, and Alison (Ross) Patton; five great grandsons, Micah, Jonah, Ethan, Luca and Holden; several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio, where services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Rusty Atkinson officiating. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.

Captina Chapter 489 OES will conduct services Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
