Anthony J. Cavicchia, known to all as "Tony", of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on January 9, 2018 at the age of 45 years. He was born on December 7, 1972 in Wheeling, WV and was the son of the late Kenneth and Janet Barte Cavicchia.

Tony will be lovingly remembered by his grandmother Shirley Barte of Wheeling, WV; his sister and brother-in-law Christine and Jeff Herink; his three nephews Zachary, Matthew, and Kevin, all of Bridgeport, OH; his uncle Richard Cavicchia of Bellaire, OH; uncle and aunt Rick and Martha Petrone of Shadyside, OH; and many cousins.

Special thanks to Rhonda and Gavin for their compassionate care; and, to Chris for his care and friendship. Also, special thanks to the St. Clairsville Police Department for all of their support and service.

Toothman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. A private memorial prayer service will be held for close family and friends.
