Anne Marie Blair, 89, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville, Ohio. She was born June 16, 1937, in Lafferty, a daughter of the late Eliza and Emilio Dalpiaz.

Anne was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, baking, taking day trips to Amish country, and doting on her grandsons. She was a member of the East Richland Evangelical Friends Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ben Blair; brothers Albert, Emilio, Ernesto, Jimmy, Leo, and sisters Jenny Dalpiaz and Rose (Bob) Blair.

She is survived by her two sons, Daniel L. (Lisa) Blair of Washington, D.C., and Brent A. Blair of St. Clairsville, and two grandsons, Alex and Sam Blair, and many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 10 am until the time of funeral services at 11 am at Toothman Funeral Home, 141 S. Marietta Street, St. Clairsville. Pastor Mark Fluharty will officiate. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
