Woodford, Annabelle, 78, of St. Clairsville, died Thursday, July 8, 2010 at East Ohio Regional Hospital.

She was born August 28, 1931 in Glen Robbins, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver T. Woodford Sr.; a daughter, Edith Jefferies; a sister, Mitzi VanDyne; 4 brothers, Willard Donley, Bob, Mike and Jim Higgins.

Surviving are her four sons, Thomas (Carol) Woodford of Harrisville, Gary Woodford of West Union, WVa., Charles (Norma) Woodford and Oliver (Donna) Woodford Jr. both of St. Clairsville; a brother, Fred Higgins of Glen Robbins; 15 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and again on Saturday from 12 p.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. with Rev. Dr. Bradley Call officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
