Anna Pitts Barton, 82 of Flushing, Ohio died Sunday at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire.
She was born December 31, 1922 at Parkersburg, West Virginia a daughter of the late William and Ora Bell Wilson Mansfield.
Anna was a retired home health care nurse with the Belmont County Committee on Aging and was a Methodist by faith.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John Barton and a daughter Edith Arno.
Surviving are her children Anora Marlin of Neffs; Esther Williams of Maynard; Herman Pitts of Texas; Dean Pitts of Caldwell, Ohio; Alfred Barton of Bellaire; Kenny Barton of Flushing; Janet Gregory of Colburg, Oregon; Debra Morrow of Barnesville and Lois Maloney of Flushing; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
Friends will be received on Thursday from 11 a.m. to time of services at 1 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
