Charles Andrew "Andy" McGuire, III, 15 of O.K. Road, Belmont died Saturday, August 21, 2004 at Wheeling Hospital.

He was born at Bellaire on March 19, 1989 a son of Charles McGuire, Jr. and Deborah Battistelli McGuire.

Andy was a member of the sophomore class at St. Clairsville High School and was and avid hunter and fisherman.He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Freda Underwood and an uncle, Mike McGuire.

Surviving are his father and stepmother, Charles and Shirley Nelson McGuire, Jr. of Belmont; his mother, Deborah Battistelli McGuire of Bellaire; two sisters, Angela McGuire of Bellaire and Amanda McGuire of Belmont; a brother, Aaron Ball of Bellaire; grandparents, Mick and Cindy McGuire of Neffs; Margaret Henry of Bellaire and Fred Battistelli of Bellaire; a nephew, Terrance Jarrells and several aunts and uncles.

Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville where services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Ray Benesh officiating. Burial will follow in Warnock Cemetery.
