Jerome Andrew "Andy" Johnson, 54, of Flushing, Ohio died April 26, 2021 in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry.

He was born May 2, 1966 in Charles Town, West Virginia, a son of the late Philip L. Johnson Sr. and Ruth H. Van Dyne Johnson.

Andy had worked for Asplundh Tree Service, Gibeaut Service Station, Save More Motors, and for the Belmont County Memorial Park Cemetery.  He was a member of the Lansing Sportsman's Club and the Foresters Club in Bridgeport.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Kelly Sue Johnson.

Andy is survived by his sister, Brenda Johnson; a brother, Philip (Sandra) Johnson Jr.; a nephew, Philip "PJ" Johnson III; a niece, Jennifer Johnson and her fiancée Brad Malesky.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required.  Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio, where services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. with Adam Davis officiating.
