OZOLINS, Andris Edvins "Andy" "Ozzy", 65 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Cumberland Pointe Care Center in St.Clairsville.
He was born January 12, 1947 in Emsdetten, Germany, a son of Zenta Natalya Simsons Ozolins and the late Adolfs Edwins Ozolins.
He was a retired employee of Consolidation Coal Company's McElroy Mine, a former employee of Oglebay Park, a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, and a former paramedic for the St. Clairsville Volunteer Fire Department.
Andy was an avid golfer, an A # 1 Dallas Cowboys fan, and over the years he welcomed many homeless dogs into his heart and his home.
Surviving in addition to his mother of Oswego, NY; are his wife, Susan Jane Carnahan Ozolins; a brother, George (Lynda) Ozolins of Oakland, CA; his best friends, Booda & Minnie.
There will be no visitation, a private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
