Andrew Kresak, 94, of Neffs, Ohio died May 31, 2017 in Belmont Manor Nursing Home, St. Clairsville.
He was born in Willow Grove, Ohio on November 5, 1922, a son of the late Mike and Catherine Bobak Kresak.
Andrew was a retired coal miner from Hannah Coal # 10 mine in Willow Grove. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church; a member of the UMWA and honorary member of Neffs Rod and Gun Club and the American Legion.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Ron Gibas; stepmother, Theresa Kresak; a sister, Mary Wenckoski and brothers, Mike, Joe and William Kresak.
Surviving are his wife of 70 years, Dorothy Olexa Kresak; a daughter, Andrea A. Gibas of North Canton, Ohio; a granddaughter, Sarah Gibas and her fiancée, Justin Noll; several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Monday from Noon until time of Service at 1 p.m. with Father Dan Heusel officiating. Entombment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire.
