Andrew Thomas Kazmirski, 74, of Shadyside, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Liza's Place of Valley Hospice, Wheeling, West Virginia. He was born December 19, 1949, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Andrew Frank and Frances Martha Zemba Kazmirski.
Andy was a retired Yardman for the former Ohio Edison's R.E. Burger Power Plant. He gratefully served our country in the U.S. Air Force. Andy was a member of Shadyside American Legion Post 521 and a Catholic by faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister and her husband, Barbara and Larry Starkey; a brother-in-law, Robert Berher.
Surviving are his wife, Kathleen Weeks Kazmirski of Shadyside; his children, Christopher (Jana) Conroy and Andrew J. (Summer) Kazmirski both of Shadyside and Matthew (Allison) Kazmirski of New Matamoras, Ohio; one sister, Marie Berher of St. Clairsville, Ohio; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services on Thursday with Pastor Eric White and full military honors conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association.
