Alton Todd Beal, 48, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn, North Carolina. He was born May 15, 1976, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late Alton Parker Beal and Leona Ivy Kutcher Beal Strahl.

He was a truck driver for K-Smitley Trucking out of Fairchance, Pennsylvania. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and guns. He was a United States Army Veteran.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Allen Beal.

He is survived by his brother, Sam Beal, sister, Sonya (Barry) Kuhn, two nieces, Samantha Beal and Shelley Cordner, and a nephew, Matthew A. Kuhn.

Family and friends will be received for a graveside service at Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville on Monday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dean Myers officiating. Full Military Honors conducted by the Belmont County Veteran's Association. The family is planning a celebration of life that will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Toothman Funeral Home (P.O. Box 41 St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950) to assist the family with funeral expenses.
