Alice Mae Perkins, 75, of Shadyside, Ohio, died March 17, 2022, in Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, West Virginia.

She was born September 23, 1946, in Powhatan Point, Ohio, a daughter of the late Clarence Carroll Glass and Ruth Adele Nelson Glass.

Alice was a retired cook and baker from Mehlman's Cafeteria in St. Clairsville and a member of the Hillcrest Bible Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Perkins; two sisters, Adele Harrigan and Carolyn Lowe; and a brother, Frank Glass.

Alice is survived by her three sons, Keith (Becky) Otto, Troy (Tracy) Otto and Scott (Dawn) Otto; two sisters, Pamela Williams and Roxane Palmer; a brother, Kevin Glass; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Honoring Alice's wishes there will be no public services. Burial will be in Powhatan Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio.
