Alice L. Hart, 89, of Bellaire, Ohio, died April 22, 2023, in Liza's Place, Wheeling, West Virginia.

She was born October 8, 1933, in Shadyside, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ernest Harlan and Ina Pearl Gallaher Harlan.

Alice was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed going shopping.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard H. Hart; a son, Gregory Alan Hart; three brothers, Walter, Rodney "Pete", and Phillip Harlan; and a sister, Dona Borsch.

Alice is survived by two daughters, Gloria Stiles (Vernon McFadden) of Bellaire and Pamela Donley of Powhatan Point; four grandchildren, Jeanette (Doug) Bruce, Jason (Carol) Donley, Thomas Donley, and Nicole (Chad) Kocher; six great grandchildren; and her dog, Shorty.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio, where services will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m., with Evangelist Jeff Kent officiating. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
