Alexander Dee Renner, 17, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at his home.  He was born January 18, 2008, in Medford, Oregon, a son of Frank Renner and Michelle Louden Renner.

Alexander was a Junior at St. Clairsville-Richland High School and was a starter for the St. Clairsville Red Devils Football Team, that just finished their season 13-1.  Alex wore #72.  He enjoyed spending quality time with his friends and family.  He always tried to make people around him smile.  He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Frank Flatt.

Surviving are his parents, Frank (Jennifer) Renner of St. Clairsville and Michelle Renner (Carey Haith) of Pleasanton, Texas; siblings, Austin Renner, Dom Renner, Declan O'Donnel, Rowan O'Donnel, Zoe O'Donnel, Andrew Renner, Ava Renner, Elijah Haith and Isabella Haith; maternal grandparents, Gilbert and Debra Dennis.

As per the family's wishes, no visitation or services will be held in St. Clairsville.  The family will have services in Texas at a later date.
