Adam C. Scott, 35, of Rayland, OH died Friday, April 9, 2021 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH.  He was born April 4, 1986 in Bellaire, OH., a son of Lisa M. Carter Taylor and the late Gary Scott.

Adam was an employee of Frontier Environmental and a Christian by faith.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Evelyn Scott.

Surviving are his mother, Lisa M. Taylor of Rayland; his step-mother, Crystal Scott of Bellaire; his longtime companion, Jessica Jasper, and his children, Hailey Jean Scott and Hayden Harold Scott all of Belmont, OH; siblings, Crystal Marie Dunaway of Bridgeport, OH, Jamie Lynn Scott and Gary A. Scott, Jr., both of Bellaire, Charlie Scott of Rayland, Ruth Ann Carter, Tia Dyson and P.J. Dyson all of Barnesville, OH, Ted Rogers of Wheeling, WV, Carissa Rogers of Bridgeport, Jeremy Rogers of Bellaire, June Taylor of Martins Ferry.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are required.

Friends received on Tuesday from 2 pm until time of funeral services at 4 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, Ohio with Pastor Brian Bee officiating.  Final arrangements are at the convenience of the family.
