Abigail Marie Kowalczyk, infant daughter of James J. Kowalczyk and Teresa A. (Busack) Starr of 72978 Morgan Hill Rd., St. Clairsville died Monday, December 6, 2004 in the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.

She was born on November 30, 2004 in Martins Ferry.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Benjamin Kowalczyk and her maternal great grandmother, Violet Gdula.

Surviving in addition to her parents, are paternal grandmother, Rose Kowalczyk of Maynard; maternal grandparents, Patricia Gdula Busack and Peter Busack of Adena; maternal great grand parents, Mario and Sylvia Busack of Bellaire; three brothers, Michael J. Kowalczyk of Pittsburgh, James M. Kowalczyk of Wheeling, and John Starr, Jr. of Dillonvale.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Sunday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, December 13, 2004 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in Maynard with Fr. Thomas Graven the celebrant. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family or to the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
